Les coureurs devaient sortir le grand jeu lors de la course en ligne qui s’est déroulée dimanche dans le sud-ouest de l’île. C’est finalement Grégory Laganne qui a coupé la ligne devant le complexe Ruisseau Créole en premier.
Il a devancé Chistopher Laganne de presque deux minutes. Fidzerald Rabaye a terminé troisième. Alors que le vainqueur du contre- la-montre de samedi, Mike Chong Chin, a pris la sixième place. À noter que Chistopher Laganne, outre sa deuxième place au général, a aussi remporté les catégories Élite 2 et junior.
